Use this helpful checklist to ensure the right people find your booth.

Now: Add a “See us at Booth #0000” signature for your outgoing email.
Now: Use All Things Baking logos and your booth number in company ads and promotional literature.
Now: Incorporate Social Media into your marketing plan. Join the All Things Baking Facebook and Twitter sites to post product information and company updates. Also, download a list of suggested content for your company’s pages.
Now: Place a banner ad on your website promoting the event.
May: Advertise in the Show Directory. Buyers will use the directory onsite and as a resource until the 2012 event.
June: Customize and mail print invitations to customers, prospective buyers and key industry professionals. (Note: information on the new invitation program is coming soon.)
July: Send press releases to industry publications highlighting new products or services you’ll be exhibiting at the show. Click here to submit your press release to be distributed to the All Things Baking media list.
August: Send electronic buyer invitations to customers, and those you want as customers. Send as is, or customize with your unique message, including new product launches, giveaways, demonstrations, etc. that will be featured at your booth.
